Who we are
Illinois Quilters Inc. was founded as a guild in 1980 to promote fellowship among those interested in quilts and quiltmaking. Our goal is to promote an awareness of quilting, to preserve our quilting heritage, and to encourage an appreciation of fine design and workmanship.
We welcome visitors! Please join us for a meeting or sign up for a workshop and find out how much fun IQI quilting can be.When and where we meet
Meetings: First Thursday of the month , September through June, in Wilmette or Northbrook. Door open 6:45 and program begins promptly at 7:30 pm. Check Programs and Workshops for more details, including the location. Maps are available from the left navigation bar of this page.

Sew-Ins for fellowship and service projects occur on an ongoing basis.
Show and Boutique: Fine Art of Fiber, at Chicago Botanic Garden, 1st weekend of November, 2009.
